How I ship
Everything is printed to order. Once it's printed, it ships.
Where I ship
US and Canada. International is in the works.
Free shipping
US orders over $75. Canada orders over $100.
How long it takes
Production: 2–7 business days, depending on the print provider and time of year. Most orders enter production within 24 hours.
Shipping after production:
- US Standard: 3–5 business days
- Canada Standard: 5–10 business days
Peak season (November–December) adds 2–3 days to production. Customs can add a beat to Canada orders. Plan accordingly.
Realistic total time, order to doorstep:
- US: roughly 1–2 weeks
- Canada: roughly 2–3 weeks
You'll get a tracking number when the order ships.
What I don't control
Carrier delays, weather, peak-season slowdowns, customs holds, and the occasional package that vanishes for three days before reappearing in a sorting facility. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 10 business days after shipment, email me at support@netlosshockey.com and I'll chase it down.
Lost or stuck packages
If the carrier marks it delivered but you don't have it, check with neighbors and the front desk first. Then email me. If it's actually lost in transit, I'll send a replacement.
Shipping to a different address than billing?
Fine. Just enter both at checkout. I won't email asking for a story.
Duties and taxes on Canada orders
Canadian customers may owe import duties or GST/HST at delivery. These are set by Canadian customs, not me. I can't predict the amount or waive it — but it's usually small for apparel at this price point.
