Refund policy
If your shirt arrives wrong, damaged, or defective, I'll make it right. No story required.
What I cover
- Wrong item shipped
- Damaged in transit
- Printing defect
- The shirt doesn't match the listing
Email me within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. I'll send a replacement or refund — your call.
What I don't cover
- Change of mind. I print to order. Every shirt I make exists because you ordered it. There's no inventory to absorb returns.
- Sizing. I publish a size chart on every product page. Measure a shirt you already own and compare. If you order a size that doesn't fit, that's on you — but I'll always help you figure out the right size before you order.
- Normal wear. Shirts soften, fade slightly, and pick up the character of the person wearing them. That's the point.
